Holli is the Broker in Charge and Owner/Founder of The Greenhill Group. She is a graduate of UNC-Greensboro with a major in Business Administration and a minor in economics. She has been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 2011 and holds the Short Sale and Foreclosure Designation. When she is not selling real estate, she enjoys working out, attending her church, and spending time with her husband, Drew, two daughters and their mini Goldendoodle, Emma.
Kasey Meadows

Kasey Meadows is a dedicated Broker/Realtor and a Registered Nurse. With a unique blend of healthcare compassion and real estate expertise, she brings an energetic, detail-oriented approach to everything she does. When Kasey isn't in the office she enjoys spending time with her two sons and traveling.
Jared Moser
Broker · Commercial & Land
With over 16 years of experience in commercial banking and real estate, Jared brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for helping clients reach their goals. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from NC State and a Master's in Business from Wake Forest University. Jared specializes in commercial real estate, large tracts of land, farms, and residential real estate. When he's not helping clients, he enjoys golfing and outdoor activities with his wife, Ashley, their son and two daughters.
Abigail Cook
Provisional Broker
As a dedicated Provisional Broker with The Greenhill Group, Abigail brings a strong work ethic, keen attention to detail, and a passion for helping clients navigate the real estate market with confidence. Currently pursuing her Master's in Accounting at the University of West Florida, she combines growing financial expertise with a client-first mindset. When she's not in the office she enjoys playing pickleball and attending her church.
